The tire size difference is fairly substantial. Issue is that the motor makes power from 7700-8000 RPM. outside of that the power will decrease and you'll lose performance. You will definitely want an AO-P1 adjustable clutch kit and a stiffer secondary spring like our Dark Blue/Pink. A couple options on tuning
- Set the AO-P1 clutch kit up for 8000 RPM with the 32" tires and when you install the 37" tires the RPMS will drop to 7500 or so- you'll loose a bit of performance and may heat belts up pretty quick.
- Set the AO-P1 clutch up for 7900 RPM for the 37" tires and when you install the 32" tires the car will overrev to 8300 or so. Youll loose a bit of performance but you dont have to use 100% throttle and can modulate the RPMS yourself.
- You will have the AO-P1 clutch kit so put the clickers in the highest RPM position #5 when you have the 37" tires installed and when you install the 32" tires move the clickers to the lowest RPM position #1. This will adjust RPM about 800 RPM and allow you to keep the motor in its powerband. This clicker adjustment can easily be done without any clutch disassembly or even removing the belt.
