All customer service and troubleshooting requests must be submitted through our Submit a Request form. Our service techs are not available by phone. If you purchased your KWI Clutching product through a dealer, please contact that dealer directly for any service or support. Requests are answered in the order they are received, typically within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Submitting multiple messages or making phone calls will not speed up your response and may cause delays.
