For packages delivered by UPS call 1-800-PICK UPS for FedEx call 1-800-463-3339 for USPS visit or call your local United States Post Office; and provide them with tracking information. Visit the carrier website for additional information including making a claim. We will provide you with the same information that is found on your order page. We will confirm electronically that the tracking information is correct and update you with any corrected or additional information we may have.
