Heres a couple issues we see with secondary roller installs
- When installing the roller axle it hits the side roller before entering the roller bore. this distorts the hole and then you will need to remove the roller and deburr the hole, test fit the axle and reattempt install.
- The roller pocket cast into the secondary clutch has a taper on it (it should be fairly square) and the rollers get pinched at the bottom. Verify that the installed roller has some side play
- if not then remove the roller and carefully file the lower end of the walls until they are parallel. Once this is done you can reinstall the roller and it will spin freely.
